Job summary

Qualifications
- 5 years electrical maintenance in steel plants for diploma holders
- 8 years electrical maintenance in steel plants for trade certificate holders
- Experience with high automation in steel melting and billet casting
- Middle East work experience and safety compliance familiarity
Responsibilities
- Work planning according to safety rules, inspect reports and work orders; use condition monitoring to prevent failures and diagnose complex equipment issues
- Analyze previous day/shift activities with supervisor to plan actions addressing line stoppages and faults
- Guide and assist train new team members to ensure skilled, safe service delivery
- Provide technical input to resolve major maintenance problems to minimize downtime
- Assist supervisor in ensuring proper spare parts management
- Meet daily with production to finalize shutdown schedules and gather feedback on service standards
