Job summary

FR Consultancy is seeking a System Analyst – SRE for Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time/contract position requiring 6+ years of experience in cards and payments, SRE, and production support. The role emphasizes incident management, RCA, monitoring, and building stable, scalable infrastructure.

Ideal candidates will have strong SQL/database knowledge and excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. UAE-based candidates only; on-site in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cards & Payments, BASE24/Payment Switching, or ATM & Self-Service Banking.
• Experience in SRE, L2/L3 production support and application troubleshooting.
• Experience in incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), monitoring and production stability.
• Good knowledge of databases, SQL, middleware, APIs and infrastructure.
• Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
