Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior leader to define and prioritize the payment SRE product backlog, aligning reliability with business goals and reducing technical debt. You will drive Site Reliability Engineering across payment platforms, ensuring availability and performance in demanding real-time environments.

Collaborate with engineering, platform teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into user stories and technical specs for SRE tooling.

Qualifications

Significant leadership experience in Production Support, SRE or technology operations.
Experience with enterprise payment platforms and high-availability banking environments.
Proven ability to manage services under strict availability SLAs.
Strong incident, problem, change, release and service-management skills.
Knowledge of observability, monitoring and alerting.
Experience leading high-severity production incidents.
Ability to coordinate multiple tech teams during incidents.

Responsibilities

Define and prioritize the product backlog for Payment SRE initiatives.
Champion the adoption of Site Reliability Engineering principles within the payment domain.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design, implement and maintain robust payment systems.
Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications for SRE tooling and platform enhancements.
