Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) specialized in Cards and Payments for a full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on ensuring availability, reliability, resilience, performance and operational stability of card payment applications, with strong emphasis on incident management, observability and automation.

The candidate should have 10+ years in production or infrastructure support within card payment environments, and lead

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in production support, application support, SRE or infrastructure support within Cards and Payments environments.
Strong experience in SRE, production engineering, application support or solution engineering.
Experience with PCI DSS, security compliance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Drive SRE practices for Cards and Payments applications.
Improve availability, reliability and operational stability in 24x7 environments.
Lead incident management and root-cause analysis for critical production incidents.
Perform technical analysis of interfaces, middleware and databases.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues.
