Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking a Senior BASE24 Application Support Engineer to support mission-critical Cards and Payments platforms in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role covers production support, SRE practices, and integration with major card schemes, requiring deep BASE24 expertise and strong SQL skills.

The role emphasizes high-volume transaction processing, incident resolution and collaboration with multiple teams to ensure payment system resilience and uptime.

Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in banking and payments technology.
Minimum 8 years in production support, application support, SRE or infrastructure support for card payment environments.
Minimum 5 years supporting BASE24 Classic or BASE24-eps platforms.
Strong SQL experience across MS SQL Server, Oracle and PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of ISO8583 messaging, card schemes and 24x7 production operations.
Experience with Visa, Mastercard, UAE Switch integrations or certifications.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and functional production support for BASE24 platforms.
Support ATM acquiring, debit card authorization, POS and e-commerce switching.
Investigate authorization failures, routing issues and payment processing exceptions.
Maintain BASE24 switch configuration and settlement processing.
