Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) in the UAE seeks a Senior Specialist - Portfolio Cards (UAE Nationals only) to drive acquisitions, attrition management and cross-sell campaigns within Retail Banking. You will partner with marketing and sales teams to deepen customer relationships and improve NPS.

The role requires strong financial analysis, in-depth knowledge of Retail Banking products and services, and a proactive mindset to support budgeting, MIS reporting, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant Banking/financial services experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance or Economics.
• Professional Qualifications.
• In depth technical knowledge of Retail Banking products and services.
• Numerical and financial analysis skills.
• Thorough knowledge of global financial markets and trends.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: Launch and manage acquisitions, attrition, deepening and cross-sell campaigns along with tracking effectiveness of marketing/sales programs and campaigns launched to build market share through positive customer experience and drive desired Net Promoter Score (NPS) behavior, working closely with other business segments for seamless integration of customer segments and to track competition for new product introduction and changes in pricing.
• Reporting and MIS analysis: Develop and streamline various business MIS reports along with administrative support and assistance to the line manager and colleagues on a wide range of assigned tasks ensuring accurate reporting to support the business area
• Budget Management: Contribute to the preparation of the business area’s budget and manage and monitor the financial performance against the budget so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to contribute to organizational and departmental change initiatives, programs and projects taking into account best practice and standards in the business environment
• Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures: Recommend and implement improvements to departmental policies, procedures and processes covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while ensuring that ADCB delivers best-in-class services, products and innovation
• Self-Management: Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own contribution to business performance
• Customer Service: Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions

In this role, your key responsibilities include

• Competitive Salary: The indicative pay range for this role is AED 16,500– AED 27,500 per month. Additionally, all employees are eligible to participate in one of our rewarding variable pay plans.
