In this role, your key responsibilities include

• Relationship Management- Develop and manage client relationships by offering value-added advice and guidance to customers and placing their needs at the forefront in order to achieve desired objectives of the Bank in line with the required standards. Grow sustainable revenues from existing customer portfolio and through targeted acquisition of quality new customers in order to achieve targets. Proactively develop effective plans in order to manage relationships, both existing and new, by anticipating customer needs and providing superior quality services resulting in increased wallet share.
• Volume Delivery- Deliver financial targets as agreed with the business unit head in order to drive the value and contribution of ITMAM’s mortgage provision.
• Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures- Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.
• Self-Management- Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, practices and procedures to ensure adherence and maximize own contribution to business performance.
• Customer Service- Demonstrate our promise and apply the ADCB service standards to deliver the Banks required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience

• At least 4 years of Relationship Management experience in Banking/Financial Services industry
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics
• Accredited Financial Analyst, Certified Investment Professional, Certificate in Quantitative Finance, Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified International Investment Analyst
• Master Financial Risk Manager (FRM), ICA Specialist or Certificate in Conduct Risk
• Understanding of mortgage products and services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems, Good problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills, time management skills
• Exceptional Customer Service ethics, communication and collaboration skills
• Building sustainable customer relationships

• Competitive Salary: The indicative pay range for this role is AED 14000– AED 21000 per month. Additionally, all employees are eligible to participate in one of our rewarding variable pay plans.
