Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is seeking a skilled MIS/HR analytics professional in the UAE to drive data insights across HR operations. You will analyze employee changes, support payroll accuracy, and create dashboards to inform senior leadership and improve KPI performance.

The role requires 4+ years in MIS/data analytics, strong Excel/Office skills, and knowledge of banking HR systems. Flexible and remote work options are available to eligible employees within the UAE.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in an MIS Function performing data analytics.
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant specialization.
• Microsoft Office Skills (Word, PowerPoint and Advanced Excel).
• Numerical analysis and interpretation skills.
• Knowledge of Banking Human Resource Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Run data analytics on employee changes, analysing results, identifying employee changes that require a change in allowances parameters within the payroll system to ensure accurate payments.
• Prepare reports of achievements against set internal SLAs in order to identify and report on percentage achievement against thresholds against set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and approved Turnaround Times (TATs).
• Create HR review presentations and performance dashboards that highlight HR performance against set KPIs for HR Operations in order to inform/support decision making/action.
• Develop and produce HR operational reports and provide ad hoc data/MIS to HR Operations to ensure information is available/provided and data/MIS needs are met.
• Automate key HR data/MIS processes and reports to ensure up-to-date and accurate HR data is readily available to inform decision making.
• Oversee the maintenance of HR operations to ensure information input and output is accurate and meets internal requirements and policies.
