Job summary

Zoho is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Dubai to own .NET with Oracle DB integrations for airline PSS/GDS platforms and reservation systems. You will design, build, and maintain interfaces using EDIFACT, NDC, and XML/JSON, supporting ticketing, revenue accounting, and inventory management.

You will also develop APIs, handle production incidents, participate in on-call rotations, and mentor junior engineers while aligning with IATA standards and interline agreements.

Qualifications

• .NET with Oracle DB is required (5+ years).
• Experience with NDC implementation is a plus.
• Familiarity with interline/codeshare, IATA, and revenue accounting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations with PSS platforms (Amadeus Altéa, Sabre, Travelport, Navitaire, Radixx) and GDS networks (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport/Worldspan/Apollo).
• Develop and support systems for reservations, ticketing, fare calculation, inventory/availability, PNR management, and revenue accounting.
• Work with EDIFACT, Type A/B, NDC, PADIS, AIDX messaging formats.
• Build and maintain SOAP/REST APIs between internal systems and GDS/PSS endpoints.
• Own production support for PSS/GDS incidents — triage, RCA, permanent fixes; participate in on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with revenue management, reservations, airport operations, and interline/codeshare teams.
