Job summary

Globant is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex enterprise website platforms for a major client in Dubai. You will oversee multiple technical workstreams, coordinate globally distributed teams and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and within scope.

You will collaborate with Technical Leads and Solution Architects, manage fixed-price engagements, monitor budgets, and communicate progress to senior leadership across time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end delivery of enterprise website and digital platform projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple technical workstreams across time zones.
• Strong track record in managing fixed-price projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise website and digital platform projects.
• Manage multiple workstreams: Web Development, CMS, APIs, Integrations, Data and QA.
• Coordinate globally distributed delivery teams across time zones.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Technical Leads and Solution Architects for feasibility.
• Manage fixed-price projects within scope and budget.
• Monitor budget utilisation, forecasts and cost variances.
• Handle change requests ensuring proper approvals.
• Identify delivery risks and implement mitigations.
• Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
