Job summary

Splunk, a Cisco company, is hiring a Customer Success Engineer in Dubai to guide customers through onboarding and ensure they maximize value from Splunk deployments. You will drive proactive recommendations to optimize deployments and long-term retention, bridging technical execution and executive leadership.

You will collaborate with Splunk and Cisco teams to champion customer needs, manage critical escalations, and contribute insights during QBRs to align on value realization and future goals,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Systems Engineering.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers within the Gulf, Levant, Egypt, and North Africa markets.
• Experience resolving technical customer escalations in an enterprise software environment.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies for technical deployments or initiatives.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive onboarding experiences to drive successful adoption of Splunk solutions.
• Provide proactive environment health recommendations to optimize deployments and performance.
• Manage and resolve critical customer escalations to sustain trust and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Splunk and Cisco teams to advocate for customer needs.
• Contribute strategic insights during QBRs to align on value realization and future goals.
• Partner with Account Teams to align success strategies with regional expansion plans.
• Relay actionable customer feedback to Product Management for improvements.
• Engage with CX teams and executive leadership to guarantee a unified regional approach.
