M&C Saatchi Group is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager for a Ras Al Khaimah client in the UAE. The role demands end-to-end ownership of social delivery, leading a team, calendar, and client relationship with minimal oversight from Marketing.

The ideal candidate has 4-6 years in social media management, agency experience preferred, strong English skills, and Arabic is a plus. Will travel 2-3 days per week to Ras Al Khaimah. UAE-based or willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years' experience in social media management, including at least 2 years in an social account management capacity, agency-side preferred.
• Proven experience running tourism or destination social marketing; Social strategy and channel native content planning experience required.
• Fluent English required; Arabic (spoken and written) strongly preferred given bilingual content requirement.
• Experience owning community management SLAs and crisis escalation protocols.
• Confident, senior client-facing manner, comfortable managing up with client stakeholders and leading under pressure.
• Based in the UAE, or able to relocate, with flexibility to travel regularly to Ras Al Khaimah (2/3 days per week).

Responsibilities

• Own overall delivery of the scope across Ras Al Khaimah social accounts. Chair the weekly editorial room with senior/executive team and creative producer.
• Sign off monthly content plans and bilingual copy direction across multiple platforms.
• Oversee remote community management hub and ensure SLA performance; approve sensitive replies before publishing.
• Monitor delivery against contracted volumes and manage reporting, resourcing, and cost targets.
