Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
• Experience developing content calendars and briefing creative/production teams.
• Strong client-management and project-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Understanding of social analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of monthly social content plans and calendars.
• Manage day-to-day client communication and social media requirements.
• Translate social strategy into actionable content briefs.
• Coordinate social teams including creatives and production partners.
• Manage workflows from briefing to publishing and reporting.
• Ensure platform-first, relevant content across channels.
• Identify social opportunities and oversee publishing and community management.
• Review performance and contribute to monthly reporting and recommendations.
• Maintain timelines, priorities and responsibilities across the account.
• Support shoots and content production as required.
• Work with Social Media Director on strategic development and client needs.
