Mackenzie Jones Middle East in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Marketing Manager – Social & Digital to lead the group’s social presence across five accounts, websites, email, CRM and paid media. You will set strategy, manage an agency and in-house team, and ensure output meets brand and platform standards.

Responsibilities include developing annual social plans, directing creative standards, owning day-to-day agency relationships, and growing reach with multi-channel paid campaigns, including TikTok

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications or a related field.
• Certification in Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, Google Analytics or TikTok Marketing Science preferred
• GCC experience with bilingual audiences strongly preferred

Responsabilidades

• Develop the social strategy across all five accounts, defining audience, tone, content pillars and platform priority per account while maintaining strategic coherence across the portfolio
• Recommend the annual social plan, channel mix and content volume for approval
• Set the creative direction and platform-native standard that the agency and in-house team produce against
• Manage accounts at different lifecycle stages
• Keep strategy current as platforms, formats and audience behavior shift, and bring new formats ahead of the market rather than behind it
• Act as the quality gate for all agency and in-house output before it goes forward for approval, returning work that fails brief, brand or platform standards
• Own the day-to-day management and leadership of the appointed agency across all accounts, holding them to scope, quality and agreed service levels.
