Qualifications

• Five+ years in social media, content, or integrated digital experience.
• Experience leading people, agencies, or multi-brand work.
• Strong portfolio showing strategy, creative development, and measurable results.
• Excellent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and annual/quarterly social directions for each brand and market.
• Lead multi-brand structure and ensure consistency with brand identity.
• Provide creative direction and oversee briefs, scripts, captions, and edits.
• Define platform leadership across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Build and manage creator, UGC, and influencer pipelines for both markets.
• Oversee paid social learning, testing, and content optimization.
• Lead team and agency relationships, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Measure success with KPIs related to reach, engagement, and conversion.
