Job summary

Dubai Media Incorporated in Dubai seeks a Lead Social Media Content professional to oversee the development of social content for all TV channels and radio stations, ensuring engagement and alignment with each channel’s identity.

You will plan weekly, monthly, and campaign content around programming, live events, and launches, identify high-value material, and guide its adaptation into social-first formats, while supervising end-to-end creation and publishing across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in digital media, journalism, or related discipline required.
• Experience in social media content strategy and production is desirable.
• Understanding of TV and radio programming a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the development of social media content for TV channels and radio stations.
• Develop and oversee weekly, monthly, and campaign content plans aligned with programming.
• Identify high-value content and adapt it into social-first formats (short-form videos, clips, reels, stories, posts).
• Oversee end-to-end content creation: concepts, scripting, editing, captions, thumbnails, graphics.
• Oversee scheduling and publishing across social platforms with adherence to calendars.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Media & Communications, Journalism, Broadcasting, Marketing, Multimedia, or a related discipline
