Job summary

APCO Worldwide in Dubai seeks a Senior Account Executive Social Media to drive day-to-day social media activities under guidance. You will translate strategies into execution, draft English and Arabic copy, coordinate assets, and publish content across platforms.

You will also monitor channels, support reports, and contribute to organic, paid and influencer campaigns while aligning with client objectives and tone of voice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, digital media or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, communications or a related agency/client-service environment.
• Experience supporting content calendars, social media publishing, reporting and community management is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling, analytics or reporting tools is an advantage.
• Strong English and Arabic writing skills, with the ability to adapt copy for different platforms and audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the translation of client communications strategies into practical social media content pillars and posting plans.
• Assist in developing platform-specific content plans reflecting objectives and audience needs.
• Contribute to campaign planning, mapping formats, cadence, and timelines.
• Prepare social media recommendations based on performance trends and updates.
• Draft clear English and Arabic captions aligned with messaging and tone of voice.
• Schedule and publish content across X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Coordinate with creative team to brief and finalize visuals and assets.
• Support community management by monitoring comments and engagement.
• Monitor trends and conversations to inform tactical recommendations.
• Provide live coverage during client events and prepare performance reports.
