Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 12–15 years in site supervision or construction engineering.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes & standards.
• Experience reviewing contractor submittals and method statements.
• Good understanding of health, safety and quality management on site.
• Abu Dhabi project experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Monitor contractor works on site to ensure compliance with drawings, specs and standards
• Review and approve contractor method statements, material submittals and inspection requests
• Conduct site inspections and witness testing to verify quality and compliance
• Identify and record non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions
• Prepare and issue daily, weekly and monthly site progress reports
• Monitor contractor health, safety and environmental requirements on site
• Coordinate with design and project management teams to resolve site queries
• Support review of contractor claims and variations relating to site conditions
• Maintain accurate site records, including diaries, photographs and correspondence
• Support coordination of testing, commissioning and handover activities
