Job summary

Mirage Leisure and Development is seeking a lead Site Supervisor for Abu Dhabi projects. You will act as the client’s representative on site, overseeing works to ensure alignment with design drawings, specifications and quality standards.

The role requires 12–15 years of site supervision or construction engineering experience, deep knowledge of UAE codes, and the ability to review submittals, method statements and inspection requests to maintain safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 12-15 years’ experience in site supervision or construction engineering (from enabling works till handover).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and UAE construction codes and standards.
• Experience reviewing contractor submittals, method statements and inspection requests.
• Good understanding of health, safety and quality management on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day site supervision on assigned projects, monitoring contractor performance.
• Act as the client’s representative on site, ensuring works progress safely and to programme.
• Monitor contractor works for compliance with drawings, specs, and standards.
• Review and approve contractor submittals, method statements and inspection requests.
• Conduct site inspections and witness testing to verify quality and compliance.
• Maintain accurate site records and support testing, commissioning and handover activities.
