Job summary

Pioneer IPMC is seeking a Senior Construction Supervisor in Abu Dhabi to oversee and deliver major civil projects. You will lead site activities, ensure QA and safety compliance, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to meet contract requirements, drawings, and milestones.

The role expects extensive experience in supervising large-scale construction, driving quality standards, and mentoring junior staff on site.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 20 years in construction, with 15+ in supervision on large projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, QA, and safety.
Proven leadership of multidisciplinary site teams.
Excellent contract administration and reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise site construction activities per specs and drawings.
Coordinate with PMC staff to monitor quality, safety, progress, and cost.
Mentor site inspection team and ensure safety requirements.
Review contractor proposals, organization, manpower, equipment, and methods.
Conduct regular site inspections and store visits.
Participate in progress meetings; prepare reports and corrective actions.
Assist in assessing change requests and variations with proper reporting.
Oversee commissioning, pre-commissioning, close-out including punch lists and warranties.
Ensure quality control processes and reporting of non-conformities.
Advise management on risks, delays, or variations.
