Job summary

XAD Technologies in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer Civil to ensure construction activities meet approved drawings, project specs, quality standards, and client requirements. You will implement QA/QC procedures, supervise inspections, review submittals and maintain quality records.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, at least 5 years in Civil Construction QA/QC with 2 years UAE experience, and strong coordination with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil Construction QA/QC.
• Minimum 2 years UAE experience.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, inspections and construction standards.
• Experience in preparing quality reports and handling NCRs.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement QA/QC procedures, PQP and ITPs.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• Review material submittals, method statements, shop drawings and inspection requests.
• Monitor testing and inspection activities and maintain quality records.
• Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, corrective action reports and other docs.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors on quality matters.
• Identify quality issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation for project handover.
