Job summary

Müller`s Solutions in Dubai seeks a Senior ServiceNow SecOps Technical Consultant to design, configure and implement SecOps modules. You will integrate ServiceNow with security tools and optimize security operations for client needs, onsite in Dubai.

The role requires hands-on SecOps implementation, strong scripting, and experience with SIEMs, vulnerability scanners and EDR integrations. You will mentor junior developers and ensure best practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ServiceNow development/implementation experience.
• Must have hands-on ServiceNow SecOps implementation experience (SIR/VR).
• Strong scripting skills: JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts.
• Experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server and security integration spokes/plugins.
• Good knowledge of the CMDB and its role in SecOps.
• Understanding of security operations: incident response, vulnerability management, threat intelligence.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Security or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement ServiceNow SecOps modules: SIR, VR, Configuration Compliance and Threat Intelligence.
• Develop customisations using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies and Flow Designer.
• Build and maintain integrations with security tools: SIEM, vulnerability scanners and EDR tools.
• Configure security playbooks, workflows, assignment rules, SLAs and automated response actions.
• Ensure CMDB is set up and populated to support correlation.
• Build dashboards, Performance Analytics and reports for security ops.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs with Business Analysts.
• Support testing, deployment, upgrades and post-go-live support.
• Follow ServiceNow best practices for performance, security and upgradeability.
• Mentor junior developers and create technical documentation.

• Experience in banking, government or other regulated sectors in the UAE/GCC.
