Job summary

Müller’s Solutions in Dubai is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to design, build and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions across the region. You will configure modules, write scripts, build workflows, and manage integrations to deliver robust IT services.

The role requires strong JavaScript, Glide API and ServiceNow scripting skills, plus experience with ITSM and other modules; Arabic is a plus and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
• Strong JavaScript, Glide API and ServiceNow scripting skills.
• Experience across at least one major module (ITSM preferred).
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs and security.
• Integration experience (REST/SOAP, MID Server).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain workflows and Flow Designer flows, and Service Catalog items and record producers.

• Build reports and dashboards (Performance Analytics is a plus).
• Take part in requirements workshops and turn business needs into technical designs.
• Support upgrades, cloning, update set management and platform health checks.
• Write technical documentation and provide L2/L3 support.
