Job summary

Müller`s Solutions in Dubai seeks a Senior ServiceNow SecOps Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering and process design for ServiceNow Security Operations, including incident response, vulnerability management and related modules. You will partner with security teams, SOC analysts and consultants to translate security processes into effective ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of BA experience, with significant ServiceNow experience.
• Hands-on experience on ServiceNow SecOps (SIR/VR).
• Strong knowledge of incident response, vulnerability management and threat intel.
• Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001 and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Experience writing user stories and specs in Agile (Jira, ServiceNow Agile).
• Experience with security tools such as Splunk, QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel, Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7 or CrowdStrike.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or Information Security.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops with security and IT stakeholders.
• Design future-state SecOps workflows in ServiceNow.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria and specifications.
• Map requirements to SIR, VR, and Compliance modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Define KPIs, SLAs, dashboards and reporting.
• Support UAT, training and change management.
• Manage the backlog and priorities with product owners.
• Act as liaison between business, security and tech teams.
