Job summary

Müller’s Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to design, build and support ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients across Dubai. You will configure modules, develop scripts, build workflows and dashboards, and support integrations with REST/SOAP, MID Server and Import Sets.

Qualifications include 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong JavaScript, and ITSM exposure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
• Strong JavaScript, Glide API and ServiceNow scripting skills.
• Experience across at least one major module (ITSM preferred).
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs and security.
• Integration experience (REST/SOAP, MID Server).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customise ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM or others).

• Build and maintain workflows and Flow Designer flows, and Service Catalog items and record producers.

• Build reports and dashboards (Performance Analytics is a plus).
• Participate in requirements workshops and translate business needs into technical designs.
• Support upgrades, cloning, update set management and platform health checks.
• Write technical documentation and provide L2/L3 support.
