Job summary

Müller’s Solutions in Dubai is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to design, build and support ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients across the region.

You will configure and customize modules, develop scripts, build workflows and integrations, and provide L2/L3 support while contributing to platform health and upgrade efforts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
• Strong JavaScript, Glide API and ServiceNow scripting skills.
• Experience across at least one major module (ITSM preferred).
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs and security.
• Integration experience (REST/SOAP, MID Server).

Responsibilities
