Job summary

HNW Research and Management Consultancy seeks a Senior Consultant to lead end-to-end service design engagements for government and public sector clients. You will own complex programs, coordinate multiple workstreams, and partner with UX, policy experts, and developers to deliver strategic, user-centered solutions.

You will conduct qualitative research, workshops, and stakeholder interviews, translating insights into actionable recommendations while guiding junior staff and ensuring project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in service design, design research, management consulting, or public sector innovation.
• Proven leadership of multi-stakeholder projects in consultancy or government settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service design engagements from discovery to delivery in government/public sector.
• Take ownership of complex projects aligning with client goals, timelines, and quality.
• Plan and manage multiple workstreams coordinating with stakeholders.
• Engage with high-level government stakeholders to understand goals and user needs.
• Design and facilitate workshops, co-creation sessions and interviews.
• Conduct qualitative research, journey mapping, service blueprinting, and prototyping.
• Translate insights into actionable, user-centered service concepts.
