Area Experts Real Estate in Dubai seeks an experienced Real Estate Advisor for the secondary market. You will help clients buy, sell, and rent properties, while advising on market trends and investment opportunities.

Maintain strong client relationships, conduct viewings, and drive deals to completion. A results-oriented, independent professional with Dubai market knowledge is ideal, with driving license preferred and RERA certification advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Dubai's Secondary Market Real Estate.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, property values, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Client-focused approach with a professional and consultative sales style.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
• RERA certification is an advantage.
