Job summary

Enclave Dubai is seeking a results-driven Real Estate Broker with UAE real estate experience to join our Dubai-based brokerage. You will leverage deep knowledge of Dubai's off-plan and secondary markets to convert leads into clients and close transactions.

We offer a 50%–70% commission, fresh leads and marketing support, dedicated telesales and content support, company phone and SIM card, visa and health insurance, ongoing training, and career development opportunities within the Millionaire

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year UAE real estate sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, including communities, pricing and trends.
• Experience handling off-plan or secondary market property transactions.
• Demonstrated sales performance and ability to convert leads into clients and close deals.
• Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work independently.
