Job summary

Oasis Investment Company seeks an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead for an 18 to 24-month contract in Dubai to drive the end-to-end data workstream of the digital core transformation.

You will own the migration lifecycle, transitioning Oracle EBS (R12) schemas to SAP S/4HANA across Finance, Supply Chain and HR, bridging technical extraction with functional data mapping and sign-offs across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Data Migration experience, migrating Oracle EBS (R12) to SAP S/4HANA.
• SAP Professional Certification is a MUST; SAP S/4HANA/MDG or Data Management certifications preferred.
• Advanced SQL skills and deep understanding of Oracle EBS tables/modules (FIN, SCM, HCM).

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end data migration strategies, profiling, cleansing, mapping and validation across entities.
• Profile, extract, and clean legacy Oracle EBS data with internal DBAs and developers.
• Execute mock conversions and final cutover loads using LTMC/LTMOM, SAP BODS, or ADM.
• Establish automated reconciliation reports for data completeness, accuracy and integrity across Finance, SCM, and HR.
• Coordinate with System Integrators to validate target schemas, manage defects and drive cutover sign-offs.
