Job summary

Delta System & Software, Inc. seeks an SAP Data Migration Lead to own the end-to-end migration from Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA.

This role blends deep database extraction and data cleansing with functional mapping to SAP master and transactional objects. You will drive data strategy, profiling, field mapping, and validation, coordinating with Oracle DBAs, System Integrators, and the data team to ensure data is clean, accurate, and sign-off ready for go-live.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data migration roles, with direct hands-on experience migrating data from Oracle EBS (R12) to SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Define data migration strategy, profiling, cleansing, field mapping, and validation protocols across multiple business entities.
• Extract, profile, and clean legacy Oracle EBS data in collaboration with Oracle DBAs and developers.
• Lead data loading cycles (Mock Loads, Cutover Loads) using SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM), SAP BODS, or Advanced Data Migration (ADM).
• Establish automated reconciliation reports to verify completeness and accuracy of migrated financial, SCM, and HR data.
• Coordinate with the System Integrator’s data team to validate target schemas and sign off on cutover readiness.
