Job summary

Oasis Investment Company in Dubai seeks an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead on an 18 to 24-month contract to drive the end-to-end data workstream for the group-wide digital core transformation. You will own the data migration lifecycle from Oracle EBS R12 to SAP S/4HANA across Finance, Supply Chain and HR domains.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on data migration experience.
• SAP Professional Certification is a MUST; SAP S/4HANA or MDG certifications preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 to SAP S/4HANA data models and target structures.
• Proficiency with LTMC/LTMOM, SAP BODS or equivalent ETL tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end data migration strategy, profiling frameworks, cleansing rules, field mapping, and validation protocols across entities.
• Extract data from Oracle databases with DBAs and developers, profile legacy data, and ensure data quality.
• Execute mock data conversions and final cutover loads using LTMC/LTMOM or SAP BODS; automate where possible.
• Establish automated reconciliation reports to verify data completeness and integrity across finance, SCM, and HR.
• Collaborate with system integrators and data teams to validate target schemas and drive sign-offs.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead on an 18 to 24-month contractual basis to drive the end-to-end data workstream for our ongoing group-wide digital core transformation. In this role you will take full ownership of the data migration lifecycle transitioning legacy Oracle EBS R12 schemas across multiple entities into SAP S 4HANA. You will bridge technical database extraction and functional data mapping across Finance, Supply Chain and HR domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy amp Governance Define end-to-end data migration strategies profiling frameworks cleansing rules field mapping and validation protocols across multiple business entities
• Extraction amp Database Profiling Work directly with internal Oracle DBAs and developers to extract profile and clean legacy Oracle EBS data
• Load Execution amp Automation Execute mock data conversion cycles and final cutover loads using SAP Migration Cockpit LTMC LTMOM or SAP BODS or Advanced Data Migration ADM
• Reconciliation amp Quality Establish automated reconciliation reports to verify completeness accuracy and integrity of financial SCM and HR data sets
• Vendor amp SI Coordination Collaborate with the System Integrators data team to validate target schemas manage defects and drive formal cutover sign-offs

Required Qualifications amp Technical Skills

• Experience Minimum 8 years of core hands-on experience in Data Migration with a proven track record of migrating from Oracle EBS R12 to SAP S 4HANA
• Certification Requirement SAP Professional Certification is a MUST. Certifications in SAP S 4HANA SAP MDG or Data Management preferred
• Technical Depth Advanced SQL skills deep understanding of Oracle EBS underlying database tables modules FIN SCM HCM and expert knowledge of SAP S 4HANA target data structures
• Migration Tooling Demonstrated proficiency in SAP Migration Cockpit LTMC LTMOM, SAP BODS or equivalent ETL data transformation tools
• Soft Skills Methodical highly analytical with strong communication capabilities to drive data ownership and sign-offs across cross-functional business leads

Education amp Candidate Profile

• Education Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field
• Notice Period Immediate to 30 Days preferred
• Geographic Preference Candidates currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai on short notice
