Role Description

The Senior Sales/Team Leader in retail at Tropicfeel.ae is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for driving store performance and leading a high-performing sales team. Daily activities include overseeing sales operations, setting and monitoring targets, coaching and mentoring team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service on the shop floor. The role involves managing staff scheduling, supervising visual merchandising and product displays, and maintaining store standards in line with brand guidelines. The Senior Sales/Team Leader will analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and implement action plans to improve conversion, average transaction value, and overall customer satisfaction. This position also collaborates with management on promotions, inventory control, and local marketing initiatives, while fostering a positive, inclusive working environment.
