Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or senior sales professional in real estate.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Lead, motivate, train, and manage the real estate sales team.
• Monitor performance and ensure KPIs are achieved.
• Generate new business opportunities and build relationships with buyers, investors, and clients.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high service levels.
• Conduct property presentations, viewings, and meetings with clients.
• Stay updated on market trends, prices, and opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
• Develop relationships with brokers, agencies, developers, and other partners.
• Support marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Handle negotiations and ensure contracts and documentation are complete.
