Job summary

Kanoo AI Robotics KAIR, part of The Kanoo Group, seeks an experienced Sales Manager in Dubai to drive growth in robotics, automation and AI solutions across the UAE. You will lead strategic sales, build key customer relationships and coordinate with engineering for demonstrations and pilots.

The role requires a strong B2B sales background, fluency in English, and willingness to travel within the UAE and Oman. Dubai-based with enterprise customers and government opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B sales or business development, preferably in robotics/automation + AI solutions.
• Experience selling to corporate and government customers in UAE/GCC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across hospitality, healthcare, facilities management, retail, logistics, and more.
• Promote and sell robotics, automation and AI solutions to corporate and government customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Build relationships with key customers and partners and coordinate with technical teams for demos and pilots.
