Job summary

Gulfa Mineral Water and Processing Industries L.L.C in Dubai seeks an experienced Modern Trade sales leader with 7+ years in FMCG, Bottled Water, Beverage, or Food & Beverage to manage major supermarkets and Modern Trade accounts in the UAE.

You will drive sales targets, expand product listings, distribution, visibility, and market share, while building strong relationships with key buyers and decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Modern Trade sales within FMCG, Bottled Water, Beverage, or Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong experience handling major supermarkets, hypermarkets, and Modern Trade accounts in the UAE.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets, increasing product listings, distribution, visibility, and market share.
• Strong relationships with key buyers and decision-makers in UAE Modern Trade.
• Experience in promotions, merchandising, shelf management, and competitor analysis.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE FMCG market is essential.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
