Job summary

Tan, a premier distributor of Industrial Automation and Instrumentation products, seeks an experienced sales professional based in Dubai. The role focuses on developing relationships, prospecting new customers, and converting leads into contracts within Marine, Oil & Gas, and manufacturing sectors.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of sales experience, technical knowledge of instrumentation and controls, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience in Marine, Oil & Gas, System Integrator, and Manufacturing.
• Technical knowledge of Instrumentation and controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter and goal-oriented.
• Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Allocate & communicate with potential leads and transfer them to solid contacts
• Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, or presentations for potential customers, ensuring the transfer from Lead to Contract
• Support marketing or strategic plans for sales territories
• Represent the company in exhibitions, events, and/or conferences whenever required
