Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, present, and market suitable properties based on client needs and investment goals.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on property features, market trends, and potential returns.
• Guide clients through the entire sales or leasing process from property selection to closing.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the local real estate market, including new developments and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate offers and finalize transactions in compliance with DLD standards.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, developers, sales admin to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a real estate agent, broker, or property consultant (1–2 years preferred).
