Job summary

Mi Dulce Hogar seeks a Senior Salary Survey Benchmarking Specialist to lead compensation market analysis, salary benchmarking, and external pay competitiveness assessments. You will evaluate survey data, analyze market remuneration trends, develop benchmark comparisons, and provide insights to support compensation structures.

This fully remote role, based in the UAE, requires collaboration with HR, finance, and leadership to ensure data-driven pay decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics or related discipline.
Master's degree in HR Management, Compensation and Benefits or MBA is an advantage.
Professional certifications such as WorldatWork CCP or relevant compensation qualifications are desirable.
Significant experience in salary benchmarking, compensation analysis or HR analytics.
Strong understanding of compensation structures, surveys and market pricing methodologies.
Experience with external salary survey databases and benchmarking providers.
Knowledge of total rewards components (base pay, incentives, etc.).
Experience matching internal roles to external market survey positions.

Responsibilities

Lead salary survey analysis and benchmarking activities across industries and labor markets.
Collect, review, and interpret salary survey data from reputable providers.
Evaluate base salaries, allowances, bonuses, incentives, and total compensation.
Match internal roles to external benchmark positions using content and scope.
Assess job size, complexity, reporting lines, and competencies for survey matching.
Analyze compensation percentiles (median, quartiles, etc.).
Conduct market pricing to assess competitiveness of salary ranges.
Develop and maintain benchmarking databases and reference tables.
Analyze compensation trends by industry, family, seniority, location, and function.
Evaluate pay differentials across geographies and segments.
Identify market pay movements and skill premiums.
Support design of salary structures, bands, and progression frameworks.
