  • Partner with HR business partners, talent acquisition teams, finance departments, and business leaders to validate compensation recommendations.

  • Prepare compensation dashboards, management reports, and presentations explaining calibration outcomes and market positioning.
  • Maintain accurate compensation databases, benchmarking records, methodology documentation, and supporting analysis.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of compensation structures and recommend improvements as organizational needs evolve.
  • Protect confidential employee compensation information and ensure responsible handling of sensitive remuneration data.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

  • Experience interpreting compensation surveys and applying consistent job-matching methodologies.
  • Knowledge of internal pay equity, salary compression, and compensation governance principles.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex remuneration datasets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and analytical reporting.
  • Experience with HR information systems, compensation management platforms, and workforce analytics tools.
  • Ability to develop financial models and evaluate the cost implications of proposed compensation adjustments.
  • Strong understanding of compensation trends and labor market dynamics relevant to the UAE and wider regional markets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings to non-specialist stakeholders.
  • High standards of accuracy, confidentiality, documentation, and professional integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple compensation projects, competing deadlines, and sensitive stakeholder requirements.
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills when evaluating complex or inconsistent compensation data.
