Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Payroll and Compensation Executive to lead compensation processing for 7,500+ employees across UAE and GCC. You will own wage codes and pay components, run annual increments, validate allowances and incentives, and ensure payroll accuracy to policy and law.

You will also manage statutory compliance, cost analytics, and EC Payroll settings while collaborating with Finance and HRBPs. Experience with SAP and data analytics is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with GCC payroll and compensation law.
• Hands-on experience with annual increment cycles and incentive payouts.
• Ability to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance across multiple countries.
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP payroll configurations.
• Strong data analytics and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own wage code and pay component catalogue across all payroll areas.
• Execute the annual increment cycle end-to-end, including budgeting and retro pay.
• Process approved performance payouts and promotion adjustments.
• Validate allowances and benefits against policy and grade.
• Review monthly Additions and Deductions reports before HRBP approval.
• Validate monthly sales incentive payouts with Incentive Analyst.
• Ensure compliance with labour law, WPS and social security across MENA and India.
• Produce payroll cost analytics and reconciliation.
• Define and test compensation elements in ECP and monitor data flow.
