Job summary

Mi Dulce Hogar seeks a Senior Salary Survey Benchmarking Specialist to lead market analysis, benchmarking, and compensation insights from remote locations in the UAE. You will coordinate with HR, finance, and leadership to align pay with data-driven market evidence.

You will evaluate base pay, bonuses, incentives, and total compensation across industries, maintain benchmarking databases, and present findings to executives. Strong Excel, Power BI, and data governance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (HR, Finance, Business) or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree is advantageous.
• Certifications such as WorldatWork CCP are desirable.
• Significant experience in salary benchmarking and HR analytics.
• Knowledge of total rewards components and market pricing methodologies.
• Experience with external salary survey databases and benchmarking providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead salary survey analysis and benchmarking across industries and labor markets.
• Review and interpret salary survey data from reputable providers.
• Evaluate base pay, allowances, bonuses, incentives, and total compensation.
• Match internal roles to external market benchmark positions.
• Assess job size, complexity, and reporting relationships for survey matching.
• Analyze market percentiles and pricing trends.
• Develop benchmarking databases and comparison models.
• Prepare dashboards and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with HR and finance to provide market pricing insights.
• Maintain data confidentiality and governance.
