Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer – Offshore for large Oil & Gas projects. You will lead a team of specialists and engineers, oversee FEED/EPC activities, review vendor designs, and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

ADNOC experience and GCC region exposure preferred; role requires 15+ years in Oil & Gas, offshore, and PMC experience; joining a global engineering and advisory firm in a dynamic, safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15+ years in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical sectors.
• At least 5 years in GCC region in a senior role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Project Safety culture and engagement activities.
• Identify and resolve Mechanical (Rotating Equipment) engineering issues.
• Review and approve contractor deliverables and design calculations to meet PDP requirements.
• Coordinate design reviews, vendor submissions and technical bid analyses.
• Provide guidance to develop and update specifications in line with Owner requirements.
• Lead a team of specialists, engineers and professionals on major offshore projects.
