Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi seeks a Principal Rotating Engineer to lead design and delivery of complex rotating equipment for onshore projects. You will drive technical excellence, contribute to FEED and Detailed Design, and partner with discipline teams to meet safety, quality and schedule targets.

Ideally you bring 15+ years of relevant experience, deep API knowledge, and strong leadership in multi-disciplinary projects within the Middle East.

Qualifications

• Awarded a 4- or 5-year engineering degree and licensed where required.
• 15+ years of relevant discipline experience.
• Strong knowledge of API standards for rotating equipment.
• Experience with ME projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for rotating equipment design and selection.
• Coordinate with discipline teams to ensure project scope, cost, and schedule.
• Support procurement, bid evaluations, and supplier interfaces.
• Review technical documentation, QCs, and change proposals.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to project risk reviews.
