Job summary

Worley is seeking a Lead Rotating Engineer - Offshore in Abu Dhabi to lead Mechanical Rotating Equipment discipline activities across FEED/EPC phases, review contractor designs, and ensure compliance with project requirements and licensors’ PDPs.

You will supervise senior engineers, coordinate with Owners, Vendors and Subcontractors, and provide technical guidance to optimize equipment layouts and performance for offshore facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 15+ years’ Oil & Gas/Petrochemical experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in a similar lead role managing a team of specialists/engineers.
• Offshore project experience is required; GCC exposure preferred.
• FEED/EPC phases experience; PMC & ADNOC familiarity is a plus.
• Ability to review vendor design calculations and ensure design compliance.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Project Safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities.
• Lead review and approval of Contractor rotating equipment deliverables.
• Coordinate design reviews, vendor prequalification, bids and performance evaluations.
• Supervise technical teams and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Interface with Owner, Licensor, Contractors and Vendors in technical meetings.
