Job summary

Decima International in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks an accomplished Risk Manager to lead risk management for a large-scale data center project. Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in risk management or project controls on large-scale projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience on data centres, mission-critical infra or major buildings.
• Strong knowledge of risk management principles, reporting and escalation.
• Experience with risk registers, dashboards and executive risk reporting.
• PMI-RMP, PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project risk management process aligned with client requirements and standards.
• Develop and maintain the project risk register with owners, due dates and statuses.
• Facilitate risk workshops and review meetings with multidisciplinary teams and client.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments and report trends to leadership.
• Support schedule and cost risk analysis, including mitigation strategies.
• Track mitigation actions and ensure timely closure with risk owners.
• Prepare risk reports and executive summaries for client reviews.
• Promote proactive risk culture across the project team.
