Job summary

Decima International is seeking a driven Project Director to support multiple Data Center projects for a major technology client. This client-facing role requires overseeing scope, planning, budgets, and multi-project resource management to deliver construction projects on time.

You will lead a team of project managers, manage procurement, risk, and compliance, and coordinate BIM data across teams to ensure accurate execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Master’s degree preferred
• English fluency is required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple projects in GCC/MENA

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple data center projects from inception to completion
• Oversee scope, planning, budget, execution, and resource management
• Prepare and review RFIs/RFPs and submittals
• Develop and maintain risk registers and mitigation strategies
• Conduct daily follow-ups with project managers to ensure milestones
• Maintain stakeholder communications and ensure regulatory compliance
• Oversee budgets and ensure projects stay within budget
• Coordinate BIM processes and integration with project teams
• Mentor and develop a team of project managers
• Prepare detailed project performance reports for senior management
