JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai is seeking a proactive Restaurant Sales Manager to lead strategic restaurant sales initiatives and maximize revenue across all F&B outlets. The role focuses on building long-term relationships with corporate clients and key partners while optimizing seating and reservations.

You will collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns to boost visibility and implement revenue-generating strategies that foster a guest-centric booking culture in a world-class 5-star

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in restaurant sales or a related professional area.
• Experience as a sales manager in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Experience selling within the restaurant segment.
• Fluent English (oral and written).
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic and proactive restaurant sales initiatives to maximize revenue and guest engagement.
