You will support banquet services, communicate with chefs, set tables, and ensure every guest experience meets our luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Professional appearance and clean uniform.
• Strong communication skills using professional language.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate service needs to chefs and stewards throughout functions
• Prepare and present checks to group contacts for payment
• Ensure banquet rooms, restaurants, and coffee breaks are ready for service
• Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
• Set tables according to event type and service standards
• Communicate dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas
• Follow all company safety and security policies
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
