Parsons in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly experienced Resident Engineer (Infrastructure/Stormwater) to lead day-to-day construction supervision for major stormwater and related infrastructure works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and HSE standards.

You will coordinate a site supervision team, review shop drawings, manage interfaces with design engineers, monitor progress, and prepare regular progress reports. Fluent English and 12–15 years' supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 12–15 years of experience in construction supervision of large infrastructure/storm water projects.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) with strong technical writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead site supervision for stormwater, drainage, and related utilities.
• Direct and manage site-supervision team.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, RFIs, and proposals.
• Coordinate with design engineers to resolve issues on site.
• Maintain daily diaries and progress reports.
• Ensure safety goals and adherence to HSE standards.
